RooCards

Organise too many loyalty cards around the cards you actually use

A large card library becomes useful when frequent cards are easy to spot and occasional cards still have clear names. Add only the existing cards you need, remove or correct duplicates, and check the barcode or QR code before depending on it.

  • Give each existing card a store or programme name you can recognise.
  • Pin regular cards and use categories to keep the library manageable.
  • Review duplicate, outdated, or unclear codes before you need them.

RooCards card wallet

Start with the cards you use most often, name them clearly, and keep the important ones easy to open.

Start with a smaller useful set

Bring in the cards you use repeatedly, then add occasional cards when you need them. This prevents a new digital library from becoming another pile of unlabelled images.

Make repeat cards faster to reach

Use clear names, categories, and pinned cards for the cards you recognise and show most often. These are organisation choices, not a promise that the app knows which card a retailer will accept.

Review codes before a busy moment

Open a saved barcode or QR code before checkout or entry. Correct a duplicate, an old card, or an unclear image while you still have the original information available.

Organisation is about retrieval, not collecting every card

A good library makes the next card easier to find while leaving uncertain or outdated cards out of the routine.

  • Keep existing cards under names you can recognise.
  • Use pinned cards and categories for routine access.
  • Check and clean up duplicate or outdated codes before relying on them.
