  • Start with cards you use repeatedly, not every image in your photo library.
  • Skip duplicate, expired, cropped, or unclear screenshots before they create new clutter.
  • Use the RooCards bulk-import FAQ for the in-product steps and code checks.

Practical steps and considerations

These points help turn a search query into a card-wallet setup that is actually useful in day-to-day life.

Choose the screenshots worth moving

Prioritise cards you use often and images where the card name, barcode, or QR code is visible. Leave old or duplicate screenshots out of the new library.

Check the card after it moves

Confirm the name, code, and way you will recognise the card in person. This makes the next scan faster than reopening the original image.

Organise around actual routines

Keep the full library in RooCards, then make frequent cards easier to reach. On iPhone, widgets and Spotlight are access options; Apple Wallet remains for eligible cards.

Why move beyond screenshot storage

  • A card library is easier to search than a photo gallery full of barcode images.
  • A cleanup pass keeps old or duplicate cards out of the cards you rely on.
  • You can choose the right access method after the complete library is organised.

A better fit for repeated card use

RooCards is designed for the cards that keep showing up in your week, not just the ones you archive once and forget.
