Card data and local storage
RooCards stores the cards, barcodes, QR codes, images, and settings you add in local app storage. You can use the core card wallet without creating a RooCards account.
Optional iCloud Backup
If you enable iCloud Backup, RooCards creates backup data in your iCloud container so you can restore it later. Backup is optional and is separate from the device-local card library.
Analytics and diagnostics
RooCards uses Firebase services for analytics, crash reporting, and app configuration. Analytics collection is controlled by your in-app consent choice. The app also provides privacy controls for diagnostic reporting where available.
Support messages
If you contact support, MarcX Studio receives the information you choose to send. Please avoid including sensitive card or account information unless it is necessary to explain the issue.
Your choices
You can manage analytics and available diagnostic controls in RooCards settings, manage optional backups in the app, and remove local app data by deleting the app. For questions, contact [email protected].
