Snap Spell Support
Fixes for the most common Snap Spell problems. If yours is not here, email MarcX Studio.

Report a bug or a wrong pronunciation
In Settings, tap Send Feedback. If one word is read aloud wrong, long-press that word in the list and choose Sounds wrong? Tell us, so we can check that exact word.
Get a clearer Apple voice
On iOS 26, open iOS Settings > Accessibility > Read & Speak > Voices (Spoken Content on older iOS). Choose English, open the accent you want, and download an Enhanced or Premium voice. Then return to Snap Spell and tap Refresh Voices.
Natural voices are missing or paused
Natural voices need iOS 26 or later and Pro. While Pro is inactive, your Natural voice is paused and words use the Apple voice. To free up space, swipe left on a downloaded voice to delete it.
Pro is not unlocked after buying
In Settings, open Snap Spell Pro and tap Restore Purchase while signed in with the Apple ID that bought Pro.
Move to a new iPhone
With Pro, turn on iCloud Backup in Settings > Data & Backup. It backs up lists, progress, and settings automatically, and Back Up Now makes a backup right away. On the new iPhone, use the same Apple ID and choose Restore from iCloud before adding any lists: restore works only on a device with no word lists or practice progress. It is a backup, not live sync.
Bring back a deleted list or word
Tap Undo while the confirmation banner is still on screen. Once the banner is gone, Undo is no longer available.
Practice reminders do not arrive
Set the day and time in Settings > Practice Reminder. If notifications are off, turn on notifications for Snap Spell in iOS Settings.
